RushReady

RushReady is a mobile + web app for fast-casual restaurants that reduces pickup chaos and lost orders during rushes. Customers see a real-time “pickup readiness” meter (not just an ETA) and are nudged to order when the kitchen is actually able to fulfill on time. On the restaurant side, a lightweight dashboard ingests POS/KDS signals plus simple staff inputs (e.g., line length, item outages) to forecast prep delays and automatically throttle ordering windows, suggest pickup slots, and adjust promised times. The goal isn’t fancy loyalty—it’s fewer angry customers, fewer refunds, and smoother throughput. The MVP focuses on integrating with a small set of common systems and providing a clear operational win: fewer late orders and less counter crowding. If you can’t prove reduced refunds and improved on-time pickup in two weeks, it won’t sell.
