RxAutoFill

RxAutoFill is a mobile + web app that helps patients and clinics complete prescription refill requests with fewer back-and-forth calls. Patients scan a prescription label or import meds from their pharmacy portal, then the app checks refill eligibility (days supply, last fill date, remaining refills) and routes the request to the right place: pharmacy for refills, prescriber for renewals. For clinics, it provides a lightweight inbox that standardizes the refill workflow (required fields, preferred pharmacy, allergies, last visit date) and generates a clean, auditable summary for EHR entry. An AI layer drafts patient-facing messages (what’s missing, next steps) and flags risky situations (controlled substances, overdue follow-up, duplicate therapies) for human review. This is not a replacement for EHRs; it’s a focused “refill completion” layer that reduces incomplete requests and delays.
