RxNudge
RxNudge is a mobile + web prescription tracking app that focuses on the messy middle: refills, prior authorizations, pharmacy holds, and pickup deadlines. Users add prescriptions by scanning labels or importing from supported pharmacy portals, then track each Rx as a simple status timeline (Requested → Processing → Ready → Picked up). The app sends proactive alerts when a refill window opens, when it’s been “in process” too long, or when insurance/PA delays are likely based on patterns (e.g., controlled meds, specialty meds). It also supports caregiver mode for families managing multiple people, with shared notifications and a clear audit trail of who requested what and when. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to parse label photos, detect likely delay reasons, and generate a concise “what to ask the pharmacy/doctor” checklist. It’s not a miracle cure—data access is the hard part—so the MVP targets a few common pharmacies and manual tracking that still beats notes and texts.
