RxSymptomLog
RxSymptomLog is a mobile + web app that helps patients record medication side effects in a structured, clinically useful way. Users log doses, symptoms, severity, onset time, duration, and context (food, alcohol, sleep, other meds). The app then generates a clean “visit-ready” report (PDF/share link) that highlights likely patterns: symptoms that start after dose changes, effects that worsen over time, and red-flag clusters that warrant urgent care. It does not pretend to diagnose; it focuses on evidence-quality tracking and communication. Optional AI assists by summarizing logs into plain-language notes and suggesting what details to capture next (e.g., timing, rash photos, blood pressure readings). The product is realistic: it won’t replace clinicians, but it can reduce vague complaints and speed up medication adjustments by giving providers better data.
