SaaSOffboard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that automates employee offboarding across SaaS tools where identities sprawl beyond your main IdP. It connects to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 plus your most common SaaS apps, continuously discovers accounts tied to a person (email, aliases, SCIM, app directories, API keys), and generates an offboarding runbook with verified completion. The product focuses on the messy reality: contractors, shared mailboxes, shadow IT, and apps without SCIM. It provides a single “terminate access” workflow that queues deprovision actions, revokes tokens, rotates shared credentials, and logs evidence for audits. It also flags “orphaned access” (accounts not linked to HR/IdP) and sends weekly remediation tasks. This is not a full IAM suite; it’s a narrow, practical tool to reduce ex-employee access risk quickly.
