SaaSOffboard

SaaSOffboard is a web app that prevents ex-employees and contractors from lingering across dozens of SaaS tools. It connects to your identity provider (Okta/Azure AD/Google Workspace) and your highest-risk apps (Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, Jira, etc.), then runs an offboarding checklist that actually enforces actions: deactivate accounts, revoke tokens, transfer owned resources, rotate shared secrets, and generate an audit trail. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: every company has gaps, app sprawl, and inconsistent admin permissions. It provides “best-effort automation” with clear fallbacks when an API can’t do something, plus human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive steps. Reports highlight orphaned accounts, unmanaged apps, and license waste from inactive users. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps map apps, detect ownership, and draft playbooks, but core value is reliable enforcement and evidence.
