The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: every company has gaps, app sprawl, and inconsistent admin permissions. It provides “best-effort automation” with clear fallbacks when an API can’t do something, plus human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive steps. Reports highlight orphaned accounts, unmanaged apps, and license waste from inactive users.
