SaaSSeatmap

SaaSSeatmap is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that helps small and mid-sized companies find and eliminate unused or duplicate software subscriptions. It connects to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Okta/Azure AD, and major SaaS vendors to map users to licenses, last activity, and department cost centers. The app flags accounts that are inactive, duplicated across tools, or assigned the wrong tier, then generates an approval workflow to reclaim seats safely. It also tracks upcoming renewals and provides a simple “true usage” dashboard so finance and IT can forecast spend without spreadsheets. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to classify vendors from transactions, detect likely duplicates, and suggest downgrade/reclaim actions with confidence scores. It’s realistic: you won’t catch every app, but you will catch the expensive, common ones.
