SaaSSeatMap

SaaSSeatMap is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously detects unused or misassigned SaaS licenses and recommends safe reclaim actions. It connects to your identity provider (Okta/Azure AD/Google Workspace) and key SaaS vendors to build a “seat utilization map” by user, team, and app. The product flags accounts that are inactive, duplicated, off-domain, or assigned to the wrong plan tier, then routes approvals to managers or app owners. It also tracks exceptions (contractual minimums, shared accounts, service users) so you don’t break workflows. The goal is not generic spend dashboards; it’s operational license hygiene with auditable actions and measurable savings. Realistically, it will start with a small set of high-cost, common apps and expand via connectors once value is proven.
