SabbatPulse

SabbatPulse helps people design and stick to a realistic sabbatical pacing plan—without turning it into another productivity grind. You set the sabbatical length, constraints (budget, family time, travel, health), and a few non-negotiables (rest days, learning blocks, deep work limits). The app generates a weekly “rhythm” template and a lightweight check-in flow that tracks energy, stress, and satisfaction rather than tasks. It flags when your plan is drifting into burnout (too many commitments, too much travel, too little recovery) and suggests small adjustments like adding buffer days, reducing context switching, or batching admin. It also includes a “re-entry ramp” plan for returning to work, because most people underestimate that transition. This is not a journaling app; it’s a pacing guardrail with simple metrics and calendar integration.
