SacraFlow

SacraFlow is a mobile + web app for churches to plan, schedule, and execute sacramental rites (baptism, first communion, confirmation, marriage, anointing) with fewer mistakes. It centralizes checklists, required documents, rehearsal notes, role assignments (clergy, musicians, catechists, volunteers), and automated reminders to families. The app includes configurable templates by denomination/parish practice, a simple intake portal for families, and a day-of “run sheet” view that keeps everyone aligned. This is not a theology app; it’s operations software for rites. Realistically, adoption will be strongest where staff are already overwhelmed and where the parish has recurring sacramental programs. The MVP should focus on one or two sacraments (e.g., baptism + marriage) to avoid becoming an unmaintainable all-in-one.
