SacraRoster is a mobile + web app for Catholic parishes to schedule and manage liturgical ministers (lectors, EMHC, altar servers, ushers, choir) with fewer no-shows and less staff time. It centralizes availability, auto-fills open slots, and sends reminders that people actually read (SMS/WhatsApp/email). A lightweight AI layer suggests optimal rosters based on rules (training status, safe-environment compliance, frequency limits, family grouping, language Masses) and flags likely conflicts before they become Saturday-night emergencies. Parish staff get a clear dashboard of coverage gaps, substitutions, and compliance expirations. Volunteers get one place to accept/decline, swap, and see their upcoming assignments. This is not a “community” app; it’s operational plumbing that reduces burnout for coordinators and improves reliability for Sunday liturgy.
