SafeWalkVR
SafeWalkVR is a VR training app that helps organizations reduce accidents by rehearsing high-risk “walking and moving” scenarios: warehouse aisles, construction zones, hospital corridors, retail backrooms, and parking lots. Instead of generic VR demos, it delivers short, repeatable drills (3–7 minutes) that teach hazard scanning, right-of-way decisions, blind-corner behavior, PPE checks, and distraction control. Supervisors can assign modules, track completion, and review simple performance metrics like missed hazards, reaction time, and rule violations. Content is built as configurable templates so a safety manager can quickly match their environment without paying for fully custom VR worlds. It supports standalone headsets for easy deployment and includes a “quick mode” for onboarding new hires. This is not a magic replacement for in-person training, but it can standardize baseline safety behavior and reduce preventable incidents when used consistently.
