SAFTrace

SAFTrace is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps airlines, fuel suppliers, and corporate travel programs verify sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) chain-of-custody and emissions claims. It ingests purchase orders, delivery tickets, book-and-claim certificates, and sustainability reports, then reconciles volumes, batches, and lifecycle emissions factors into an auditable ledger. The app flags inconsistencies (double counting, missing custody steps, mismatched feedstock pathways, invalid certificate IDs) and produces regulator- and auditor-ready evidence packs for internal controls and external reporting. It also supports corporate “SAF contribution” programs by tracking who paid, what was claimed, and what was actually retired. This is not a consumer app; it’s compliance plumbing. The reality: most organizations are currently managing this in spreadsheets and email, which is fragile, slow, and risky as scrutiny rises.
