SagScout

SagScout is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for utilities and large facilities to triage power-quality events—especially voltage sags, swells, flicker, and harmonics—using data pulled from existing PQ meters and SCADA historians. It normalizes messy vendor exports, auto-classifies events, and builds a defensible incident timeline: what happened, where, likely trigger (fault, motor start, capacitor switching), and which feeders/customers were impacted. The app generates standardized reports (IEEE 1159-style summaries) for regulators, internal reliability teams, and customer disputes. It also tracks repeat offenders by location and equipment, turning “mystery complaints” into prioritized work orders. Reality check: this only works if you can integrate with the meters you already have; the product is integration-first, not magic analytics.
