SalsaScale

SalsaScale is a mobile + web app for reliably scaling Mexican salsas, adobos, and moles while keeping flavor balance. You pick a base style (e.g., salsa roja tatemada, salsa verde cruda, chile de árbol, adobo for al pastor), enter your target yield and heat level, and the app outputs gram-accurate ingredient weights plus a step-by-step workflow. It includes a “pepper reality check” that adjusts for chile type variability (fresh vs dried, brand, Scoville ranges) and warns when substitutions will noticeably change flavor. For home cooks it removes trial-and-error; for small food businesses it reduces waste and inconsistency. It’s not a recipe feed or social app—it's a practical production tool with a small, high-quality library and repeatable results. Monetization: freemium with paid packs for regional styles and business features (batch logs, costing).
