SaltSwap focuses on “lightly worn” and “new with tags” swimwear, with structured listings (brand, style, coverage, lining, stretch, condition) and a simple hygiene-first flow: sellers must upload photos of hygiene liner area, inner seams, and tags, and buyers get clear condition grades. Optional escrow holds payment until delivery confirmation, and the app nudges sellers to price realistically using recent comps. It’s not pretending to solve perfect fit; it’s about reducing waste and regret by making it easy to rotate suits seasonally without paying full retail every time. Revenue comes from transaction fees and optional authenticated shipping labels.
