SaltSync is a mobile + web app that turns messy aquarium record-keeping into a single, trustworthy timeline. Users scan or import test results (API where available, photo-to-data where not), log dosing and water changes, and see parameter stability scores for reef and marine tanks. The app flags slow-moving “drift” patterns (alkalinity creep, nitrate ratcheting, salinity swings) and suggests conservative, rule-based corrections with clear guardrails. It also supports multi-tank households and shared access for partners or local fish store helpers. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic calculators and schedules; AI for OCR extraction, anomaly detection, and plain-language summaries. The goal isn’t to replace expertise—it’s to reduce preventable mistakes and make trends obvious before corals and fish pay the price.
