SamaStudio

SamaStudio is a mobile + web app for structured sama (listening) practice that’s grounded in adab and real-world guidance. Users choose a tradition/context (e.g., Mevlevi-inspired listening, qawwali-focused sessions, poetry recitation) and the app generates a timed session plan: intention, short reading, listening set, reflection prompts, and a closing du'a. It includes a curated library of public-domain/licensed poetry translations (Rumi, Attar, Ibn Arabi excerpts where permissible), plus playlists from rights-cleared sources. The AI component helps personalize sessions based on mood, time available, and sensitivity settings (e.g., avoid music, use spoken poetry only). It also offers “teacher mode” so verified guides can publish session templates and reading lists. This is not a replacement for a shaykh—it's a practical companion for consistent, respectful practice.
