SanctiSched

SanctiSched is a mobile + web app for churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples to run community events without the usual chaos: volunteer gaps, last-minute cancellations, and messy sign-up links. Organizers publish events with roles (greeters, childcare, setup, food), capacity limits, and shift times. Members sign up in two taps, get reminders, and can swap shifts with approval. The app includes a lightweight check-in and attendance count so leaders can see what actually happened, not what was planned. It also supports multi-language announcements and simple RSVP flows for non-tech members via SMS links. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer that suggests staffing levels and predicts likely no-shows based on past attendance, helping organizers avoid under- or over-staffing. It’s built for small-to-mid communities that don’t want enterprise church management software.
