SanghaLoop

SanghaLoop is a mobile + web app that helps people actually stick with meditation by joining small, local or online “micro-sanghas” (4–10 people) that meet weekly. Instead of endless content libraries, it focuses on accountability: matching users by time zone, tradition preference (secular, Zen, Vipassana, Christian contemplative, etc.), experience level, and meeting availability. Each group gets a simple structure: a timed sit, a short check-in prompt, and optional discussion guidelines to keep it respectful and non-therapeutic. The app includes lightweight facilitation tools (rotating host, agenda template, reminders) and a directory of vetted teachers for occasional drop-in sessions. This is not a replacement for therapy or a guru marketplace; it’s a practical tool to turn solitary intention into a consistent practice with real humans.
