SanghaPulse

SanghaPulse is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps people actually stick to meditation through small-group accountability. Instead of endless content libraries, it focuses on consistency: users join or create “pods” of 4–8 people with a shared schedule and a simple daily check-in. The app supports multiple traditions (secular mindfulness, Buddhist, Christian contemplative prayer, etc.) without trying to teach doctrine. It offers timed sits, optional prompts, and a weekly pod recap showing streaks, missed days, and gentle nudges. An AI component summarizes group reflections (opt-in) into themes and suggests a single, non-preachy practice focus for the week. The goal is to make practice social enough to sustain, but private enough to feel safe. Monetization is subscription-based for advanced pod tools and facilitator features.
