SanghaRoster

SanghaRoster is a lightweight web app for Zen/Chan groups to manage the unglamorous operations that actually keep practice going: schedules, sign-ups, roles, and donations. Most sanghas rely on a volunteer juggling Google Sheets, email threads, and last-minute cancellations; this app centralizes it with a simple calendar, role assignments (doan, jikido, tea, opening/closing), automated reminders, and a member directory with privacy controls. It also supports hybrid practice by generating Zoom links and attendance caps for small zendos. The app is intentionally not a meditation timer or content library; it’s admin infrastructure for real communities. Keep it affordable with tiered pricing by group size and offer a “volunteer-friendly” interface that works on phones. If you can’t save coordinators time and reduce no-shows, the product has no reason to exist—this one does.
