SanghaServe

SanghaServe is a mobile + web app for engaged Buddhist groups to plan, staff, and document real-world service without the chaos of spreadsheets and scattered chats. It provides a lightweight “action hub” for sanghas: create service events (food drives, prison dharma visits, climate vigils), recruit volunteers, assign roles, manage waivers, and track hours and outcomes. A built-in reflection flow prompts short post-action check-ins (intention, what was learned, what to improve) to keep practice central rather than performative. The app also supports partnerships with local nonprofits via simple intake forms and recurring needs lists. This is not a generic volunteering marketplace; it’s designed for practice communities that want consistency, accountability, and continuity across rotating volunteers and leaders. Monetization is realistic: group subscriptions for sanghas, with optional nonprofit partner seats and simple donation processing.
