SaniPulse is a mobile + web app for infection-control teams to run, document, and audit environmental cleaning in clinics, nursing homes, and shelters. Staff scan QR codes on rooms/equipment to start a timed checklist, log disinfectant used (with dwell-time prompts), and capture quick photo proof when required. Supervisors get a dashboard showing missed cleans, repeat problem areas, and compliance by shift/location, plus exportable reports for regulators and internal QA. It also supports rapid “enhanced cleaning” workflows during suspected outbreaks (norovirus, flu, COVID), with task assignment and completion verification. This is a traditional app with light AI: anomaly detection flags suspiciously fast completions, repeated copy-paste patterns, and gaps that correlate with incident reports. The goal is not fancy analytics—it’s reliable, defensible documentation that reduces outbreaks and fines while saving supervisors hours per week.
