SatClaim is a mobile + web app that automatically builds a credible “service quality dossier” for satellite internet users who need refunds, SLA credits, or proof for business continuity claims. It runs lightweight background tests (latency, packet loss, throughput) on a schedule, correlates them with local weather and power events, and generates a timestamped report you can export as PDF/CSV. For businesses, it supports multiple sites, role-based access, and a simple incident log so staff can add notes and photos (e.g., dish obstruction, cabling). This is not a magic fix for bad satellite service; it’s a documentation and negotiation tool. The value is in reducing finger-pointing by producing consistent, repeatable measurements and a clear narrative that non-technical billing/support teams can understand.
