SatInstallr is a mobile + web app that helps satellite internet installers and small ISPs standardize site surveys and first-time-right installs. The app guides techs through a repeatable checklist: obstruction scan, mount location photos, cable path notes, grounding verification, and a short post-install performance capture (latency, packet loss, throughput). It generates a clean customer-facing report and an internal QA record, so disputes and callbacks drop. It also supports offline mode for remote areas and syncs when connectivity returns. This is not a magic “optimize the sky” tool—it's operational discipline packaged into software. The value is in reducing rework, shortening training time for new techs, and creating consistent documentation for warranty, compliance, and customer support handoffs. It integrates with ticketing/CRM so survey-to-install data doesn’t get lost in texts and photos.
