SatireBrief

SatireBrief is a mobile + web AI-assisted satire app that generates a short “fake front page” each day based on real trending topics, but with aggressive transparency: every item is labeled satire, sources are linked, and the tone is configurable (dry, absurdist, political, workplace, sports). Users can follow topics, creators can publish their own pieces with built-in fact-links, and the app includes a “Context Card” that explains the real story in one paragraph to reduce misinformation. The core loop is fast: read 5 headlines, share one as an image card, and react with prompts that steer tomorrow’s edition. Monetization is realistic: subscriptions for ad-free + custom editions, and sponsored “brand-safe satire” slots for companies willing to be roasted lightly. This won’t replace major comedy outlets, but it can become a daily habit for people who want humor without doomscrolling.
