SatProof is a mobile + web app that automatically builds a credible “outage evidence packet” for satellite internet users and small businesses. It runs lightweight background tests (latency, packet loss, DNS reachability, throughput) and correlates them with local power status, Wi‑Fi health, and device-level diagnostics to separate “my network” problems from “ISP link” problems. When service degrades, it generates a time-stamped report with charts, raw logs, and a plain-language summary you can submit to your provider, landlord, or insurer. It also tracks your plan’s advertised vs. actual performance over time so you can decide if you should change hardware, reposition, or switch providers. This is not magic: it won’t fix congestion or weather fade. It just makes the problem undeniable and reduces wasted troubleshooting time.
