SatSLA
SatSLA is a mobile + web app that automatically documents satellite internet performance and turns it into actionable evidence for support tickets and service-credit claims. It runs lightweight scheduled tests (latency, packet loss, jitter, DNS, throughput) from the customer edge, correlates results with local factors (power events, Wi‑Fi congestion, device load), and generates a clean “incident report” you can send to your ISP or internal IT. The app focuses on being realistic: it won’t magically fix physics, but it will reduce the time wasted arguing with support and help you pinpoint whether the problem is the satellite link, your router, or your LAN. For businesses, it adds simple uptime/SLA dashboards, multi-site views, and exportable logs for compliance or vendor management. It’s built to work in low-connectivity scenarios and syncs data when the link returns.
