SaveSync

SaveSync is a desktop + mobile companion that automatically backs up and restores game save files across PC launchers (Steam, Epic, GOG) and emulators, with optional cloud storage. It watches known save directories, versions each save, and lets you roll back to any point in time after a crash, mod mishap, or corrupted save. It also supports “device handoff” so you can move a single-player save between a desktop and a handheld PC with minimal friction. The app focuses on reliability over hype: clear folder mapping, conflict detection, and a simple restore flow. Monetization is straightforward: free local backups; paid tier for encrypted cloud sync, larger retention, and multi-device. This is not glamorous, but it solves a recurring, expensive-to-recreate problem for people who invest dozens of hours into games.
