ScaleSentry

ScaleSentry is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) for reptile/amphibian rescue groups to intake calls, triage urgency, and route the right volunteer—without chaos in Facebook messages and group texts. The app guides the public through a structured report (species guess, size, location, photos, hazards, legality notes), then scores urgency and suggests safe next steps while a responder is assigned. Volunteers get a clean queue, map-based navigation, and a standardized outcome report (released, relocated, surrendered, deceased, referred to wildlife authority). Admins can track response times, hotspot maps, and volunteer availability. The AI portion is intentionally limited: photo-assisted “likely species” suggestions and auto-generated safety prompts, with clear disclaimers because misidentification can be dangerous. Monetization is realistic: subscriptions for orgs, plus optional SMS/phone intake add-ons for groups that still receive many calls.
