ScenarioArc is a game-based learning platform where learners progress through short, branching “missions” based on realistic workplace situations (customer conflict, safety calls, compliance gray areas, sales objections, incident response). Each mission is 3–7 minutes, scored on decision quality, time, and consistency, with immediate feedback explaining consequences and better alternatives. Managers can assemble mission playlists for roles (retail shift lead, call-center agent, new manager) and track skill trends without pretending it’s a full LMS. The AI component helps generate scenario variations from a company’s policies and tone, but content is gated behind templates and human review to avoid hallucinated guidance. It’s designed for mobile-first frontline training, with offline mode and quick replays. The product lives or dies on content quality and measurable outcomes, not flashy badges.
