ScenarioForge

ScenarioForge is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) that helps teams run lightweight scenario planning without hiring consultants or building fragile spreadsheets. Users define a decision (e.g., pricing, hiring, market entry), list key uncertainties, and generate 3–5 plausible futures with assumptions, leading indicators, and trigger points. The app then turns each scenario into a simple “playbook”: what to do if indicators move, what to stop doing, and what to pre-commit (contracts, budgets, hiring). It includes a dashboard that tracks indicators (manual inputs or connected data) and alerts when a scenario is becoming more likely. This is an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates scenario drafting and assumption mapping, while deterministic templates keep outputs structured and auditable. It’s designed for operators who need practical decisions, not academic foresight reports.
