ScenarioOps is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) for teams that need lightweight, repeatable scenario planning without hiring consultants or buying bloated enterprise suites. Users define a baseline plan (revenue, headcount, costs, key drivers), then create scenarios by adjusting a small set of drivers (demand, pricing, churn, FX, supply delays). The app generates a clear “impact narrative” plus quantified outputs (runway, cash burn, hiring plan, service levels) and a short list of recommended actions. It includes a scenario library (recession, competitor price war, supplier failure, regulatory change) and a decision log so teams can track what they chose and why. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for models, permissions, and auditability; AI for summarizing assumptions, drafting scenario narratives, and turning messy notes into structured drivers. It’s not magic forecasting—just faster, more disciplined planning.
