ScentDiary
ScentDiary helps people who are sensitive to odors (or have smell distortions) log real-world smell events and find patterns that actually matter. Users quickly record what they smelled, intensity, location, symptoms (nausea, headache, anxiety, asthma flare), and context (cleaning products, food, smoke, perfume). The app then visualizes correlations over time and flags likely triggers, with a simple “avoid list” and “safe list” you can share with family, roommates, or coworkers. It also supports objective-ish checks with short, repeatable at-home smell tests using common items (coffee, citrus, soap) to track changes, but it’s clear this is not medical diagnosis. The value is practical: fewer surprise triggers, better conversations with clinicians, and evidence when requesting workplace accommodations. This is a mobile app (iOS/Android) with optional web dashboard. It’s a combination app with light AI for pattern detection.
