ScentFit

ScentFit is a mobile + web AI-assisted fragrance matching and sampling concierge for prestige fragrance shoppers. Users answer a short preference quiz (notes, moods, occasions, dislikes, climate, budget) and optionally scan their existing bottles to build a “wardrobe.” The app generates a tight shortlist (3–7) with plain-language explanations, compares similar scents, and recommends the cheapest low-risk path to try: decants, discovery sets, or in-store availability nearby. It tracks wear tests with quick check-ins (first spray, 1 hour, 6 hours) and learns what actually worked on the user’s skin. For retailers/brands, ScentFit can power a lightweight “guided selling” widget that reduces returns and increases conversion. Realistically, success depends on getting reliable product data and access to samples/decants; without that, it becomes just another recommendation app.
