ScentScribe is a web + tablet app for luxury skincare and fragrance studios that create bespoke formulations but struggle to document them consistently. It captures client consultation notes, sensitivities, ingredient preferences, and desired sensory profile, then converts them into a structured formulation brief and batch worksheet. The app maintains versioned “house bases” (emulsions, serums, balms) and tracks how each client-specific tweak affects stability, cost, and allergen exposure. It also generates a client-facing spec sheet with compliant INCI list formatting and clear aftercare instructions. This is not a magic ‘invent a formula’ tool; it’s a workflow system that reduces errors, makes reorders possible, and protects the studio’s IP. The focus is operational reliability: fewer remakes, faster turnaround, and better audit trails when something goes wrong.
