SchemaDock

SchemaDock is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that sits in front of your existing CMS and forces consistent content structure before anything ships. You define schemas for each content type (landing pages, help articles, release notes, emails): required fields, allowed tone, reading level, SEO constraints, legal disclaimers, and link rules. Editors get a checklist-driven editor and a “publish gate” that blocks non-compliant content. An AI assistant can suggest missing sections, rewrite to match the schema, and flag risky claims, but it never auto-publishes. It also generates a change log and approval trail for audits. This is not a full CMS replacement; it’s a governance layer that reduces rework, broken pages, and brand/legal mistakes across multiple channels. Expect some setup work: schemas must be defined well or the tool becomes annoying.
