SchemaPulse monitors your API contracts and database schemas across environments and flags breaking changes before they hit production. It plugs into your CI pipeline and inspects OpenAPI/GraphQL schemas plus migration files, then compares them against what’s currently deployed. When it detects risky drift (removed fields, type changes, auth scope changes, non-backward-compatible migrations), it blocks the merge or requires an explicit override with a human-readable impact report. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to be a full observability suite. It focuses on preventing costly integration outages between teams, partners, and microservices. You get a simple dashboard showing “contract health” per service, change history, and who approved exceptions. Realistically, this wins by saving engineering time and reducing incidents, not by being flashy.
