SchemaScout

SchemaScout is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps teams build and maintain a practical knowledge graph from the content they already have: Google Drive/Confluence/Notion pages, PDFs, and internal wikis. It focuses on the unglamorous bottleneck: defining a sane schema and keeping entities clean over time. The app proposes a lightweight ontology, extracts entities/relations, and flags duplicates, stale nodes, and conflicting facts with confidence scores and provenance links back to source passages. Users can approve changes in a review queue, export to Neo4j/RDF, or query via a simple graph search and API. This is an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates extraction and suggestions, while deterministic rules and human review prevent “hallucinated” graphs. It’s built for organizations that want value in weeks, not a multi-quarter knowledge engineering project.
