SchemaScribe

SchemaScribe is a web app (with optional desktop connector) that helps teams build and maintain practical taxonomies and lightweight ontologies from real content—docs, tickets, wiki pages, product catalogs—without needing a semantic-web specialist. It ingests a corpus, proposes candidate concepts, synonyms, and hierarchical relationships, then lets a domain owner approve, edit, and publish versions. It also detects drift: new terms appearing, duplicate labels, conflicting definitions, and “orphan” nodes that nobody uses. The goal is not academic perfection; it’s to make search, tagging, and analytics consistent enough to work. Exports support common formats (SKOS/RDF, JSON-LD, CSV) plus direct push to systems like Elastic/OpenSearch synonyms and CMS tag lists. Expect some manual curation—this is a co-pilot, not magic—but it can cut weeks of taxonomy wrangling into days.
