SchemaSentry monitors your critical data integrations for silent breakage caused by schema drift, API changes, and “harmless” upstream edits. Connect it to your warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery), key SaaS sources (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe), and your integration layer (Fivetran/Airbyte/dbt). It continuously compares expected vs. observed schemas, field types, null rates, and volume patterns, then alerts with a concrete blast radius: which dashboards, dbt models, and downstream exports will break. It also generates a suggested fix (dbt patch, mapping update, or transformation) and a change log you can hand to stakeholders. This is not another ETL tool; it’s a guardrail for the messy reality where multiple teams change data without coordination. The MVP should focus on a narrow set of connectors and high-signal alerts to avoid becoming noisy and ignored.
