SchemaSentry

SchemaSentry is a web app (with optional CLI) that monitors your critical third‑party integrations for breaking changes—API schema drift, webhook payload changes, auth scope changes, and silent deprecations. You connect it to your OpenAPI specs, GraphQL schemas, and webhook endpoints; it continuously replays synthetic requests, validates responses against expected contracts, and flags diffs with a clear blast-radius report (which endpoints, which customers, which downstream jobs). It also watches vendor changelogs/status pages and correlates incidents with your error spikes. The product is not a full iPaaS; it’s a narrow “integration reliability” layer that engineering teams can adopt without replatforming. Expect pushback: many teams think they can do this with tests, but tests rarely cover vendor drift and are often not run continuously against live vendor environments. Pricing is per integration and environment, aimed at teams that feel real pain from breakages.
