SchemaSentry

SchemaSentry is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) for monitoring and validating healthcare data feeds across HL7 v2, CCD/C-CDA, and FHIR endpoints. It continuously samples inbound/outbound messages, runs contract tests (required fields, code sets, cardinality, units), and alerts when a vendor update silently changes payload structure or semantics. Instead of being a full integration engine, it sits alongside your existing stack (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, custom pipelines) and focuses on early detection, triage, and evidence. It provides diff views, replay tools, and a “blast radius” report showing which downstream mappings and analytics jobs will fail. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted features: AI suggests likely root causes, creates human-readable incident summaries, and proposes mapping fixes—but you still approve changes. Realistically, selling requires strong security posture and proof it reduces on-call time and data outages.
