ScholarClaim
ScholarClaim helps families and advocates document, verify, and escalate education-access violations (enrollment refusal, disability accommodations denied, discriminatory discipline, missing services). It guides users through jurisdiction-specific intake questions, generates a clean evidence packet (timeline, incident log, attachments, witness statements), and routes it to the right channel: school district office, ombudsman, legal aid, or human-rights commission. The app includes a secure “paper trail” vault with tamper-evident timestamps, multilingual templates, and a checklist of what to request (records, IEP/504 documents, policies). It’s a hybrid: traditional workflow + AI to draft letters, summarize logs, and translate while keeping users in control. This is not a magic legal solution—many cases still require persistence and external help—but it dramatically reduces the chaos and lost documentation that kills complaints.
