SchoolAir is a mobile + web app that helps parents and schools coordinate asthma and allergy safety plans without relying on backpacks, printed forms, or last-minute phone calls. Parents create a simple profile (triggers, meds, action plan, emergency contacts, doctor notes) and share it with a school, daycare, or after-school program via a time-limited access link. Staff get a clear “what to do now” emergency flow, medication schedules, and a checklist for field trips. The app also logs symptoms and inhaler/rescue med use so parents can spot patterns and bring better data to clinicians. Optional AI features summarize weekly trends and flag risky patterns (e.g., frequent rescue inhaler use), but it does not diagnose. Realistically, success depends on making staff workflows faster than paper, not “smarter than doctors.”
