Scope3Ledger is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps mid-market manufacturers and retailers collect, validate, and report Scope 3 emissions from suppliers without endless spreadsheets. It sends structured requests to vendors, accepts uploads (invoices, bills of materials, shipping docs), and converts them into standardized activity data mapped to emission factors. The app flags missing fields, outliers, and suspicious “too-perfect” numbers, then produces audit-ready trails and exports for CSRD/SEC-style reporting workflows. It’s not a magic “AI carbon calculator”; it’s a pragmatic data pipeline: vendor onboarding, data normalization, and defensible calculations. The product focuses on repeatable monthly/quarterly collection cycles, reminders, and supplier scorecards so companies can actually improve data quality over time instead of doing a one-off reporting scramble.
