ScopeFreeze

ScopeFreeze is a web + desktop app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for teams who miss deadlines because requirements keep changing. It forces a simple “scope lock” workflow: define deliverables, acceptance criteria, and a cutline date; after the cutline, changes must be traded (swap something out) or explicitly approved with an updated deadline. The app tracks change requests, shows deadline risk in plain language, and generates a one-page “Deadline Contract” you can share with stakeholders. It’s not trying to replace Jira/Asana; it sits on top of them and focuses on the one thing most tools avoid: saying no (or pricing the yes). It includes AI-assisted drafting of acceptance criteria and change-impact summaries, but the core value is the policy and audit trail, not magic predictions.
