ScopeLadder
ScopeLadder is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps employees and managers design stretch assignments that don’t implode. It guides users through a structured “scope contract”: goal, success metrics, timebox, dependencies, risk flags, and explicit trade-offs (what will be deprioritized). It then generates a one-page brief, a weekly check-in template, and a simple progress dashboard that focuses on outcomes, not busywork. The AI layer suggests realistic scope based on role level, available hours, and org constraints, and it warns when the assignment is likely to be career-risky (e.g., unclear sponsor, no decision rights, missing resources). It also supports a “post-mortem for growth” to capture evidence for promotion packets. This is not a talent marketplace; it’s a practical scoping and accountability tool for the stretch work people already do.
