ScopeLock is a mobile + web app that turns a kitchen remodel into a controlled, trackable scope and change-order workflow for homeowners and small contractors. You build a room-by-room scope from templates (cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, flooring), attach photos, and set “assumptions” (what’s included/excluded). When something changes—moving a sink, upgrading a faucet, discovering rot—the app generates a simple change order with cost/time impact, requires approval, and logs it to a timeline. It also keeps a single source of truth for selections (SKUs, finishes, lead times) so decisions don’t get lost in texts. This is not a magic-budget app; it’s a documentation and decision-control tool that reduces misunderstandings, disputes, and delays. The goal is fewer surprises and fewer arguments, not perfect predictions.
